The DNA Detectives

By Anne Hart

A scientist awakens in a theater with amnesia, a new face, and an unexplained pregnancy, utterly devoid of memory or identification. Her only clue, a crumpled business card, leads her to a university's molecular genetics department. There, she encounters a professor—a scientist and lawyer—frantically working to exonerate a man on Death Row. His conviction, decades prior, rests on DNA evidence now suspected to be a catastrophic error or deliberate fabrication. She must partner with him in a desperate race against time to expose the truth and save an innocent man from execution.
